Mobility Local Stakeholders Workshops

We are excited to announce the upcoming Mobility Local Stakeholders Workshops as part of the INNOMOB project! These workshops aim to gather local stakeholders and collectively design services to be offered through the Mobility Innovation Network (MIN). The workshops will be a crucial step towards bridging the gaps in the mobility sector and fostering innovation, value creation, and ESG compliance. The workshops will consist of interactive sessions, seminars, and presentations, covering a wide range of topics including challenges, case studies, value creation, and innovation. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with experts and contribute their insights to shape the future of mobility. In total, 70 stakeholders will be involved in this collaborative process. The consortium will present the findings of the gaps analysis, and together with the stakeholders, identify the services that are best positioned to be offered through the MIN. The outcome of these workshops will be the creation of 7 services, which will be made available through the MIN portal. The workshops will be conducted either in-person or online, depending on the circumstances and local partners' preferences. The format of the workshops will be tailored to facilitate meaningful discussions and idea generation. Participants will have the chance to work in groups, leveraging tools like Miro, to co-create and design innovative solutions. Keynote speakers, ecosystem representatives, and INNOMOB partners will contribute to the workshops, sharing valuable insights and successful case studies. These sessions will provide participants with a broader perspective on the mobility ecosystem and inspire them to think creatively. The workshops will also serve as an opportunity for networking and collaboration among stakeholders. Existing networks and initiatives will be invited to join the MIN platform, enabling a greater uptake of services beyond their countries' borders. We invite all interested stakeholders to participate in these workshops and contribute to shaping the future of mobility. Stay tuned for further updates and announcements regarding workshop dates and registration details!

Innovation support schemes - Gaps Analysis

The Gaps Vignette report constitutes a second deliverable of the first step: Receive mutual insights of INNO-MOB project, aiming at reduction of the innovation divide between strong and moderate innovators in European territories by increasing the inclusiveness of the existing networks and initiatives. The D2.2 Gaps Vignette report of INNO-MOB Unlocking the potential of Mobility Innovation Ecosystems and Networks project presents the analysis of gaps in the services provided by the existing networks or initiatives. The report analyses data collected through SMEs surveys and IDIs with service providers and stakeholders summarised in project D2.1 Service Gap Analysis data collection.

The analysis presented in Gaps Vignette using adopted SERVQUAL model, based on a customer satisfaction-oriented approach by Parasuraman et al. (1988):

  • Investigates the gaps in the services provided by the networks/initiatives,

  • Identifies the specific needs of key innovation stakeholders, including Tier 2 SMEs, as well as the participating countries and/or regions,

  • Recognises missing elements on the ecosystem support offer and features for customisation of the provided services.
