| | | Inno-Mob is a two-year EU-funded project focusing on the opportunities that initiatives & networks offer to innovative and dynamic businesses through an inclusive mobility innovation European ecosystem business support framework.
The emerging sustainable mobility market will be used as the vehicle to examine the opportunities provided and develop mechanisms to support the deployment potential of companies in bringing innovations to the market quickly. The project will use the services offered by the seven partner institutions but also through an enlarged network of initiatives and clusters run in the respective countries. |

| The INNO-MOB event “REVOLUTIONISING MOBILITY: UNLOCKING INNOVATION POTENTIAL,” held on November 6, 2024, in Thessaloniki, was a resounding success, bringing together key players in sustainable mobility for a day of innovation, collaboration, and inspiration.
With over 70 participants on-site, the event provided a vibrant platform for interaction and knowledge sharing. Highlights included: Pitching Session: 12 startups presented their cutting-edge ideas to 4 investors, VCs and angel network representatives, fostering engaging discussions and paving the way for potential investments. Expert Insights: 5 experts and representatives from institutional organisations shared their views on the future of mobility, presenting innovative activities and strategic perspectives. Program Partner Presentations: INNO-MOB partners introduced the project’s progress and showcased the Mobility Innovation Network (MIN) platform, designed to accelerate collaboration within the transport sector. Networking Opportunities: A dynamic networking atmosphere throughout the day enabled participants to forge valuable connections, promising numerous future collaborations.
The event not only highlighted groundbreaking advancements in sustainable mobility but also strengthened partnerships and set the stage for impactful initiatives within the INNO-MOB ecosystem. |

| We are excited to announce the completion of the deliverable "Boosting the CIDDSM Framework: Services, Interaction, and Impact," under Task T3.3 of the INNO-MOB project. This milestone showcases the deployment of innovative support services designed to enhance engagement with key stakeholders in the European mobility innovation ecosystem, including financiers, investors, corporates, and SMEs. The report highlights the transformative potential of the Collective Innovation Deployment Development Support Model (CIDDSM) in fostering collaboration, facilitating access to critical resources, and preparing growth-stage start-ups for investment-ready digital transformation. By bridging gaps and leveraging networks, this deliverable represents a significant step towards reducing the innovation divide in the European mobility sector. |
| | Mobility Innovation Network (MIN) and the MIN Platform! Mobility Innovation Network (MIN): Growing and Thriving! |
| Since its launch in February 2024, the Mobility Innovation Network (MIN) has achieved remarkable growth, now proudly connecting over 400 members from 25 countries. These dedicated members are working together to strengthen Europe’s mobility ecosystem by bridging innovation gaps identified through a comprehensive survey conducted as part of the INNO-MOB project. The MIN became a powerful collaboration generator that resulted to more than 60 successful collaborations, 18 events with ecosystem players, as well as the formation of 17 consortia for Horizon and other European initiatives. MIN’s platform offers powerful tools and services to foster collaboration and innovation. Among its standout features is the Stakeholder Chain Map Intelligent Platform (SCMIP) engine, which provides a complete overview of networks, initiatives, and their offerings. Additionally, the platform includes seven cutting-edge services developed through the Collective Innovation Deployment Development Support Model (CIDDSM). These services empower users to navigate regulatory requirements, ensure ESG compliance, access and contribute to Open Data |

| and related transport statistics, conduct market analysis within the cross-border area with the aim to expand their operations and reach into new international markets, identify funding opportunities, and receive grant writing support. Another key offering is the Best Practices repository, a collection of case studies showcasing successful collaborations within the mobility innovation ecosystem. These examples provide valuable insights, lessons learned, and with the aim to support future initiatives. Moreover, MIN platform offers these features enabling members to explore opportunities, share their expertise, and build meaningful partnerships. The platform’s sophisticated matchmaking service further enhances collaboration to support new impactful partnerships.

| Build partnerships and find collaborators for your current or future projects. The Matchmaking Service acts as a central hub for fostering partnerships within the mobility innovation ecosystem. Using advanced SCMIP algorithms and data analysis, it identifies optimal matches by aligning members' preferences with innovation support needs. Members can specify their matchmaking preferences on their profile pages, including categories such as market entry support, marketing assistance, and access to funding. The MIN engine then generates and proposes matches, enabling users to initiate communication seamlessly. |
